This certification will be given to food manufactures that meets specific and strict criteria to produce food that is suitable for Exever Technology.
This means that the brands that have this certification meet the following parameters to produce food for Exever Technology:
- The microbiological safety and stability of food.
- The preservation of food’s organoleptic properties.
- That food preserves its nutritional value and cellular structure.
- That it is properly hermetically sealed.
- The quality of flavour.
- The risk of microbial growth reaching danger thresholds represented also by the possible production of toxins.
- That all the processes, including the manufacturing processe and hermetic sealing, are scientifically tested.
WHY IS IT NECESSARY:
Exever’s top priority is to demonstrate to the world how convenient and safe this technology and the food is. Therefore, it is absolutely mandatory to count with manufacturers that meet these same values, ethics and quality standards.
Bacteria are able to grow in foods only when they are in the form of vegetative cells. Certain microbial species are able to generate resistant forms, called spores, that are not inactivated by cooking processes. Once the ambient temperature is restored, they can return to the vegetative form, multiply and reach concentrations that can cause illness if ingested. For this reason, it is very important that the food manufacturing process is appropriate and that it is held at proper temperatures after cooking in order to be suitable for Exever Technology.
